As the General Manager of Cabinet-S-Top, Betty has over 30 years of experience in sales and 19 years of experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling field.  Her various appellations of CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) and CPS (Certified Professional Specialist with the National Association of Home Builders), exhibits that education and training are important to the kitchen and bath design field.  Betty has been an active board member of the NKBA for the Ohio State Chapter since 1998.  She has served in various capacities including President in 2004-2006.  In addition, she serves on the national Bath and Kitchen Buying Group (BKBG) board of directors as the Second Vice President of Vendor Relations.  She is a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA of Akron/Portage, Professional Remodelers of Ohio (PRO) and current president of the Fairlawn Chapter of Working Women's Connection (WWC).

As General Manager of Cabinet-S-Top, Betty travels all over the United States to meet with vendors and secure the best in kitchen and bath products for the clients of Cabinet-S-Top. Betty has a passion for her work that is translated into every product she works on whether it is a residential kitchen or bath remodel or a large or small project for a builder.

Mike grew up around the business starting in an entry-level position with the company in 1997. He enjoys working the parameters of a customer's budget to give them the best possible combination of design and product.

For contractors and builders, Mike's the go-to guy. Give him a challenge and he'll find the solution! Mike is an active member of BNI (Business Networking International) professional networking association.

Michelle’s background in residential and commercial interior design is revealed in her ability to provide functional solutions that are both beautiful and unique, with just the right finishing touches. “Your home is a reflection of you – your lifestyle and personality, that is what I aim to bring out in my kitchen and bath designs.”

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Akron and is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). “Being a member of ASID keeps me informed of current design trends and new and innovative resources.” Michelle has participated in several designer Showhouses and is also a member of BNI.

Donna was a warehouse manager for a hospital supply company for 20 years before joining our team.

Donna serves in various capacities which includes keeping our catalogs and inventory up-to-date, ordering and organizing product samples, answering the phones, to greeting clients in our showroom. She also keeps our showroom looking good.
